What restoration involves

Assess

We look at why the render has failed — movement, moisture ingress, salt, previous patching or substrate breakdown — before quoting any work.

Restore

Failed render is cut out and replaced, cracks are repaired and surfaces are made good so the repair sits flush with sound material.

Texture

The elevation is re-textured in full, not spot-patched, so the finished wall reads as one continuous surface rather than a map of repairs.

Protect

The Dulux Acratex system is applied in accordance with the manufacturer's product specification — the coating is the last step, not the whole job.
