Swanbourne Render Restorations – Promotions Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Voucher Offers

David Jones Voucher Offer

• Clients who book and complete a restoration job with Swanbourne Render Restorations will receive a David Jones Gift Voucher based on the total value of their project (including GST) as follows:

• $5,000 – $8,999: $200 David Jones Voucher

• $9,000 – $11,999: $350 David Jones Voucher

• $12,000 and above: $500 David Jones Voucher

• Voucher value is based on the total value of the contract, inclusive of GST, and excludes any variations made after the initial contract is signed.

• The voucher will be issued within 7 days of Swanbourne Render Restorations receiving full payment in cleared funds and job completion.

• One voucher per project address. Offer not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

• Offer valid for projects booked and commenced by 01.08.20205 - 31.10.2025.

2. Client Referral Scheme

• Upon completion and full payment of their project, clients will receive three (3) Swanbourne Render Restorations Referral Tokens (physical or digital).

• If a new client (the “Referee”) presents a valid Referral Token at time of quoting and proceeds to book and complete a restoration project valued at $10,000 or more (incl. GST):

• Both the Referrer and Referee will each receive a $250 voucher (David Jones or Kailis Group, subject to availability and choice).

• Vouchers are issued within 7 days of the referred project’s completion and full payment.

• Referrers must be previous Swanbourne Render Restorations clients who have received their original project voucher.

• Referral Tokens are valid for one use per new client.

• Referrals must be for new clients only (not repeat customers or households already on record).

• Swanbourne Render Restorations reserves the right to verify all claims and refuse a voucher in cases of fraud, abuse, or failure to meet terms.

General Conditions

• Offers are only valid for residential restoration projects.

• Promotions may be withdrawn or changed at any time at the discretion of Swanbourne Render Restorations.

• Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• By participating in any promotion, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
