For over a decade. the majority of our work came from builders - large builders of project homes, through to small boutique builders. New homes, renovations, and insurance work. Most of the time, the priority was always to just get the house “across the line”. Corners were always cut, and when you look at the houses in coastal suburbs, its easy to see where this has happened.

Restoration Explained.

The start of our process.

When you contact us for a quote, someone will get back to you and arrange a time to meet you at your home and to provide you with some advice after inspecting the affected areas. Every home is different, so where possible, we prefer not to give any advice based just on photo’s, as often they won’t tell the whole story.

The main things that we look for here are the obvious signs of deterioration. Cracks, chips, and badly faded sections of rendered walls are all signs that your home is in need of restoration work. Other signs that are sometimes less obvious include bubbling texture, mould, rusting metal surfaces and rising damp.

Restoration packages that stay within your budget.

We understand that not everyone wants to pay for a full restoration of every wall. And you don’t need to. We will tailor your quote, giving you options and different price points.

We won’t try to up-sell you, or offer you solutions that are looking for a problem. What you’ll get from Swanbourne Render Restorations amounts to honest advice and clear explanations of what you’re being quoted for. All of our quotations are given on a no obligation basis and free of charge.

The way we work.

It’s very simple. We work on one job at a time. From start to finish. Other trades will take on four or five jobs at once, make a start then disappear for a week or more. When you choose us, that won’t happen. We will give you an approximate start date when you accept your quotation, and if that gets pushed back due to bad weather then we will let you know. Reputation is everything to us, and we won’t take you for granted.
